This is the official website of KaguraMai: Kyoto Nocturne (kyotonocturne.com), run by independent developer Hannah (@hannah_indielab). This page explains what this site collects, why, how long it is kept, and how you can opt out.
Email (signup form)
- This site only receives your email address when you submit the signup form yourself.
- It is used for one purpose only: sending major development news and launch notices for KaguraMai: Kyoto Nocturne. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for anything else.
- The list is stored with our email service, EmailOctopus.
- Your address is kept until you unsubscribe or this site stops sending mail. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately.
Anonymous analytics
- This site uses Umami to measure overall traffic (e.g. how often each page is viewed).
- Umami sets no cookies and records no personally identifiable information.
Third-party services
- Google reCAPTCHA: protects the signup form from bots. During verification, some of your browsing information is processed by Google, which may also set its own cookies — see the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Fonts: page fonts are served by Google Fonts; your browser requests the font files from Google when the page loads.
- Apart from the services above, this site sets no cookies of its own.

- You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email.
